The location was stellar, I will give it that. The central heating was off when I got to my room. I was pretty cold. They did put in an electric radiator when I asked so I didn't freeze solid. The phone in the room did not work, so I was not able to contact reception.

The junior SUITE I booked was not provided. Instead, I received a superior room. This felt dishonest, especially given the high price of the room. The air conditioning was ineffective. It was uncomfortably HOT.

I was excited about my stay, especially given the hotel's reputation. however, the small details added up to a disappointing experience. the breakfast room felt cramped. It was hard to find a table without sharing with strangers. also, the lack of usb ports in a room at this price point seemed like a significant oversight, a very big surprise indeed.

The location was indeed central! it was very close to the louvre and shopping areas. i found the style of the hotel and room quite classic. the view from my room overlooked the tuileries gardens. I could even spot the eiffel tower.

The elevators were small, so i often used the stairs. This might be difficult with mobility issues.

the staff demonstrated really good helpfulness, particularly one staff member who noticed my child wasn't feeling well! he even brought over some juice, a thoughtful gesture. the front desk managed requests efficiently.
